This production line is for automatic production of folding mask. It uses ultrasonic technology to fuse 3-5 layers of different raw materials together,including PP non-woven fabric, melt blown fabric, activated carbon, filter materials and non-woven fabric. It is an all-in-one machine for raw material feeding, nose bar feeding, ear line welding, pressing, folding and cutting etc., what it makes is a finished product. According to feeding the different raw materials, the mask can be produced as FFP1, FFP2, N95 and other mask of different standards.
WORKFLOW
Raw material feeding → nose bar feeding → non-woven fabric welding → round hole cutting for filter plug(optional) → LOGO printing
→ ear line welding → nose bar sponge pasting(optional) → folding → cutting → waste collection → finished product collection
